America Harris

Assistant Professor of Business
My teaching and research are driven by a central purpose: to help shape a future of work in which people can build meaningful, sustainable careers and thrive across the different stages and demands of work and life. I seek to understand how organizations can design work and workplaces that uphold human dignity, expand opportunity, foster inclusion, and enable both people and organizations to thrive.
