Caleb Wollf
Hometown:
I’ve lived much of my life in the Lower Mainland while also spending several years living overseas. I currently am enjoying living in Langley, BC.
How would you describe yourself and your identity in Christ:
I’ve got a lot of passions and loves. From connecting deeply with people to walking quietly in a forest, from playing crazy fun games with others to playing the piano or ukulele. At the core, Jesus is everything to me. I love getting to sit in the stillness of the morning reading the Bible and praying with Jesus. He is my foundation, my Father, my purpose, and my LORD. It’s been a journey throughout my life of knowing more and more the love of God. And I have so much more to learn and grow. I want to live my whole life for Christ.
What inspires me most about my work:
I love seeing students grow personally, spiritually, and as leaders. It excites me when they bring such a heart for the LORD and a desire to serve Him and I see that spilling over into the lives of others they are leading. There are beautiful moments of students growing in their confidence as leaders, stepping in and finding that they can indeed lead.
Outside work, what brings me most joy:
My loved ones are very near and dear to my heart. I also love getting to laugh and play fun card games and board games. Some of my favorite places on Earth are found at the end of a hike on the top of a mountain. And coffee. Nothing makes my morning quite like a good cup of Aeropress or pour-over coffee. ☕
What’s the best advice I’ve been given:
“Contentment is key.”
“All work and no play makes you dull boy.”
“Your relationship with Jesus is the number one thing that makes the biggest difference in your relationship with others.”
