What was your first job after university?

Marketing Assistant organizing professional conferences, tons of learning opportunities

What is one of your most memorable experiential learning opportunities?

Coming to Canada as an International Trained Professional and gained the skills and experience in a job that later helped me to be able to guide  others on their own employment- settlement journey

What is a new competency you are working towards?

Working closer with employers to help them to find employees tailored to the job instead of finding someone who fits on a job description

What career advice has been the most helpful for you?

Real work experiences are not necessarily gained by paid jobs. It is a journey where each employment step helps people to find their own paths
