Types of CLasses

  • All The HIITS - A great option if you are looking for a good sweat, These classes plan to combine body weight exercises of high intensity to get your heart rate up and tone muscles. (HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training) 45-minute class
  • REFIT - A group fitness workout experience including powerful moves to positive music. It’s a 1-hour format with total body focus and its super fun! Everyone is welcome. 45-minute class
  • Circuit - A fun spin on interval training, using stations. Guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. 45-minute class
  • Pedal Party - Rock out to great tunes and get your sweat on! This challenging but beginner friendly. rhythm ride will get the blood pumping and your toes tapping. Finish it off with a gentle stretch. 45-minute class
  • Pilates Fusion - Challenge yourself, and feel the burn! This fun conditioning class is inspired by Pilates. All levels welcome . 45-minute class
  • Stretch & Relax - Lower your stress, lengthen your muscles, and feel relaxed when you leave! Stretch and Relax is will target tight muscles groups, help you slow down and focus on breathing, and relax your mind and body. 45-minute class
  • All Strength - No equipment needed! Use your body weight, music tempo, and time to challenge yourself and build stamina, strength! A 45-minute class that will challenge your mind and body.

Did you know fitness class sessions can also be used for Small Group Student Personal Training sessions!

If you purchase a multi-session/class option you may use them for both classes or small group sessions.

Purchase your pack at front desk or online, and then check in with your student personal trainer or fitness instructor at the start of your workout!
