Well-Being Coaching

Meet and consult with one of our well-being ambassadors. We are here to support you. 

This free 8-week program is meant to assist those wanting to improve themselves in the areas of sleep, nutrition, physical activity, social interaction, giving and serving, and contemplative and spiritual well-being. Think of this journey as personal training for the whole person. 

We offer many benefits through the program, including free swag, free personal or group training, and great coaching on ways to thrive every day. Whether you want to focus on one area of well-being or all six, we’re happy to meet with you and discuss your goals. Book your free 30-minute consult today.

Gym Orientations

Looking for some support, direction, or friendly advice to help alleviate the anxiety of stepping into a gym? Let’s get you connected with a student trainer. Our student trainers are HKIN students who are building their experience with clients in a gym setting. 

Gym orientations last 20 minutes and include a tour, assistance with how to use equipment, and a brief assessment to get you started.
