Homecoming Weekend FAQ

All the events are located on TWU’s Langley campus at 22500 University Drive, Langley, BC V2Y 1Y1.

There will be gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan meal options for all meals provided by TWU. 

Yes! We love it when alumni bring their families to Homecoming Weekend! 

We encourage you to join TWU Alumni Hub, our online alumni portal, where you can find and connect with any alumni who have registered to the platform.  

Yes, parking will be complimentary for all Homecoming Weekend guests.

Whatever is comfortable for you. We suggest bringing a light jacket and dressing for the weather. 

Due to open food and the scope of the event, only service animals will be allowed.  

Rain or shine, this event will run as planned, so pack accordingly! 

Yes. All guests will need to register for Homecoming Weekend so that we can be best prepared for you, especially as some events have limited seating. Food is provided at certain times of the day for all registered guests. 

No, you will not need to register for individual events. The general Homecoming registration will provide you access to all individual Homecoming events. Individual events that have limited seating capacity will be first come, first served. There will be no reservation option nor will there be a waitlist for individual events.  

If you have registered for Homecoming Weekend but are no longer able to attend, please let us know by sending an email to alumni@twu.ca

You are welcome to bring guests, subject to availability, as long as they are registered. If you have children, we encourage you to bring them to the many child-friendly events offered throughout Homecoming Weekend.  

Our on-campus accommodations are full throughout the fall and spring semester, so you will be unable to book on campus.
