Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes offer a fun, supportive, and motivating environment where everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes, can challenge themselves, stay accountable, and reach their goals. With a variety of classes led by our student instructors, there's something for every fitness level and interest. Let's move, sweat, and grow stronger, together. Dance Fit

Feel the burn while dancing to your favourite playlist! Dance Fit is a cardio centred dance class which allows dancers and fitness enthusiasts alike to improve their cardio, endurance, and strength. You will finish off this class with a relaxing stretch.

Spin & Weights 

Our high-energy spin and weights class combines heart-pumping music, a dynamic instructor, and a motivating group atmosphere to push you to your limits. Whether you're a beginner or a cycling pro, you'll burn calories, build endurance, and leave feeling stronger than ever. Clip in and let's ride.
