Booking Steps:

1. Connect with an Omada rep via phone or email to plan your experience (who, what, when, why).
2. Receive a booking confirmation email.
3. All group members complete waivers prior to the event date.
4. Arrive at Omada for a team-tastic event!

Online waivers are to be completed PRIOR to arriving. Once your program is booked, your group contact will receive a booking email with your group's specific waiver link. Each participating member of your group is responsible for completing the waiver through the link.

Waiver Steps:

1. Receive waiver link from booking confirmation email.
2. Send link to all group members.
3. Group contact will receive notification emails as the group members sign their document(s). No need to act here—this is FYI only.
4. Arrive at the Omada location of your event!

If your group prefers paper waivers, you can download and print copies of the waiver.
