Admission Requirements

Qualified applicants who wish to apply may begin anytime to send the following documents and information to admissions@twu.ca:

• A master's degree (MDiv or equivalent) from an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Minimum three years of full-time ministry experience post graduate studies.
• Four references: 1) ministry supervisor 2) ministry colleague 3) lay leader 4) character reference. All references must be written by persons who know you well and can confidently speak of your character.
• A TOEFL score of 100 or IELTS score of 7.0 (if applicable).
• A personal statement (500–800 words), a ministry goal statement (300–500 words), and a research goal statement (300–500 words).

Application Deadlines

There are rolling admission dates throughout the year. The deadline for domestic applications is one month prior to each start date of the program.

Requirements for International Students

Successful applicants for the program in English will demonstrate English language proficiency at a graduate level of analysis and thinking.
