Kevin Mirchandani, PhD

Part-time Instructor of Leadership

Kevin Mirchandani has taught courses in education and leadership at Trinity Western University since 2021 and also serves as the K-12 Director of Instruction & Faith Formation at Langley Christian School. He completed his PhD at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, where his research examined how Christian school leaders navigate organizational change, disruption, and resistance through leadership networks.

Kevin’s scholarship brings together Christian theology, organizational change, network science, and adaptive leadership, with particular attention to how relationships and social networks shape leaders’ capacity to respond faithfully to complexity. His research has contributed to practical frameworks for developing peer networks (The Change Institute), strengthening organizational resilience, and cultivating learning-oriented approaches to change.

In his professional work, Kevin equips educators and leaders to integrate Christian faith with organizational practice, curriculum, and leadership formation. He is particularly interested in helping Christian learning communities train and equip leaders to navigate change faithfully.
