Generalist Stream

Sometimes, the future isn't so clear. You may be interested in many aspects of the Human Kinetics field, or you may need to learn more before committing to a specific stream. Alternatively, you may want more flexibility in your learning.

The Generalist Stream allows you to get a professional degree in Human Kinetics while providing you the greatest freedom of any Human Kinetics stream or program to select the courses most intriguing and relevant to you and your future career.

This stream is also an excellent option if you are transferring to Trinity Western University from another institution and have already completed Human Kinetics or Kinesiology courses.

Note: The Generalist Stream is not recommended if you are planning on becoming a schoolteacher in British Columbia or seeking membership with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
