Parking Permits

All parking on campus is by permit or paid parking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

TWU Parking Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please make sure you understand and comply with Trinity Western University's parking guidelines. Parking signs are present around campus to ensure that you have parked in valid lots.

Our online system allows you to self-manage your parking account. Log in to purchase parking passes, update your profile and change license plates.

Payment Options 

Payment can be made by credit card, online here or at one of the parking meters located through-out campus.  Please note we do not accept any other form of payment. 

Motorcycles

Motorcycles do not require a parking permit when parked in designated motorcycle areas and hashed areas.

Parking for People with Disability 

Parking still needs to be purchased however priority parking is available in our parking lots.

Note: If you have a temporary disability/injury that merits special parking consideration, please obtain a temporary disabled permit upon submission of a physician’s certificate, at the Parking Services office (Welcome Centre).

Alumni Parking Passes

We welcome and encourage alumni to return and visit campus. As a token of appreciation for our alumni community, eligible alumni may receive up to two (2) hours of complimentary parking within any 24-hour period.

Eligibility for this parking benefit is limited to individuals who have graduated from Trinity Western University and have been formally conferred a degree. Individuals who are currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate courses are not eligible for the alumni parking benefit while they hold active student status.

To access this benefit, alumni must register through the Alumni Office to obtain a valid parking registration code.

Note: Fraudulent use of the alumni parking benefit is strictly prohibited. Any use of this benefit by individuals who are not eligible alumni (including, but not limited to, current students, parents, or other non-alumni) will result in a $100 fine and the permanent revocation of alumni parking privileges.
