Encouraging dialogue between faith and science

Some of this year's TWU Sustainability Week events are sponsored by a Scholarship and Christianity in Oxford (SCIO) Supporting Structures grant awarded to the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences (FNAS). The grant encourages dialogue between faith and science at Christian institutions. TWU's grant focuses on the ethics of sustainability, and on highlighting how Christian faith provides powerful motivation to pursue a healthier planet.

About the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences

At TWU, science education is delivered by capable, committed Christian educators who are not only experts in their fields but scholars who continually advance their disciplines through research. Mentorship is helped by our small class sizes—whether students choose to study biology, biotechnology, chemistry, computer science, geography and the environment, geology, mathematics, or physics. Learn more at the Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences.
