As a TWU alumni, I know first-hand the transformative power of this University. I’m blessed and honored to get to work with so many amazing students, staff and faculty. I’m so thankful to teach topics I’m passionate about and be able to integrate my faith into each class.

Andrew Heming has been actively involved in the Strength and Conditioning Industry in the areas of Athletic Performance Enhancement, Personal Training, and Fitness Leader Development.  He teaches courses in Weight Training, Advanced Weight Training, Strength & Conditioning, Fitness, Human Flourishing and Sports & Exercise Nutrition.
