Susan M. Dykshoorn, MEd
Faculty Associate - Elementary Stream
Susan Dykshoorn completed her Bachelor of Education at Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA. She completed her M.Ed. with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction K-12 at Dordt College as well. She is a Faculty Associate in the Professional Year Program, teaching Science and Math courses, and working with elementary student teachers in the PYP. Previously she was an elementary school classroom teacher first at Lynden Christian School in Lynden, WA, and then at Abbotsford Christian School (Abbotsford). She was a Lead Teacher at CSI’s Christian School Educators Science Academy for 4 years and created School Curriculum with a Science and STEM focus for a local grassroots fundraising organization, Run for Water.
