Toni Tagimacruz, PhD

Assistant Professor of Business
Analytics is a tacit testimony to the wisdom of the Creator, inviting both precision in thought and humility in perspective. I see in its coherence an ordered reality that grounds understanding and frames my academic calling as a stewardship of God-given privilege and responsibility, continually refined in service of creation and for His glory.

Toni is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business. Her research lies at the intersection of analytics and decision modelling, with a focus on healthcare operations, health technology assessment, health economics, and resource allocation. She develops simulation-based models to study complex healthcare systems and to inform policy and managerial decision-making, with an emphasis on improving efficiency, value, and system-level outcomes.

She previously worked as a Research Analyst at the Cummings School of Medicine at the University of Calgary, where she contributed to interdisciplinary research on healthcare systems and supported study design and collaborative research initiatives. Her teaching experience includes Business Analytics and applied modelling.

Earlier in her career, she worked in production planning and operations analytics at Moog Controls Corporation (Philippines), supporting the manufacturing and assembly of industrial servo valves, and at Fuji Xerox (Australia), where she contributed to production scheduling and logistics coordination in remanufacturing operations focused on supply chain efficiency.
