As a seasoned and passionate scholar-practitioner in the field of international business and international education, Dr. Yiwei (Shane) Qiu has more than 17 years of experience in consulting and executive leadership; he has also provided research and has taught as an associate professor at higher education institutions for over 18 years.

He has served as a chief representative and guest professor at a few universities in USA, as well as a senior international education consultant and trainer to many institutions in China, USA, Canada, England, France, Germany, Spain, Ukraine, etc. Currently, he teaches courses in the areas of strategic leadership and scholarly inquiry. His primary research concern is cross-culture and transformational leadership, international business, and international education development.
