Open doors to a diverse set of careers with a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in General Studies.
General studies is constructed by two minors of a student’s interest.
Both programs allow students to learn from several disciplines at TWU, which ultimately provides them with a well-rounded liberal arts education. In addition, students who major in general studies take their interests beyond the usual disciplinary boundaries and have the flexibility to self-select which disciplines they want to focus on.
Due to the interdisciplinary nature of this program, students are required to complete a minimum of two minors or concentrations, at least one of which is not a natural or applied science. As such, course selections will vary based on each student’s chosen areas of focus.
