Emphasis is placed on complex leadership challenges, adaptive systems, organizational change, team dynamics, and strategic innovation. Students engage contemporary research and develop integrative leadership frameworks for diverse cultural and institutional settings. Topics vary by semester. Repeatable for credit with different focus.
