With a focus on foundational science, mathematics, and computing, this program provides the flexibility to cater to various engineering disciplines.

Year One

Semester 1: Fall (Sept. - Dec.)

  • PHYS 111 Fundamentals of Physics I
  • CHEM 111 Principles of Chemistry
  • CMPT 140 Introduction to Computing Science and Programming I
  • ENGL 101, 102, 103, or 104
  • FNDN 101: The Liberal Arts Journey (1 sem. hr.)

Semester 2: Spring (Jan. - April)

University of Victoria (UVic): Direct transfer to second-year engineering with the completion of specific courses.
