Small Groups

Small groups are a great way to intentionally engage God within community.

They are small groups of about 5–10 students that focus on Scripture, prayer, and mutual service of one another and campus. Discipleship groups begin by looking at the life of Jesus and asking how to cultivate and model his character. In the second semester, groups continue to explore this calling through studying a book of the Bible of their choice. We offer men’s, women’s, and co-ed groups as well as a variety of specific discipleship groups. These specific groups reflect the areas of student interest that emerge within our community.

Graduate Bible Studies

There are multiple graduate bible studies hosted weekly either in person (on both the Langley and Richmond campuses) or online, making it easy to join no matter your schedule or location.

Groups use the Discovery Bible Studies (DBS) format to offer a welcoming and safe place for graduate students of all backgrounds—regardless of faith or belief system—to explore the teachings of Christianity. In these one-hour, student-led gatherings, small groups read and discuss the Bible in a way that encourages curiosity, dialogue, and personal reflection.
