Team Development
Our Team Development Program is steeped in the Experiential Education Cycle where we DO-LEARN-APPLY. Whether you use the phrase play with a purpose, activities with intention, or live and learn, at Omada we facilitate an intentional experience of problem-solving, collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork based on your group’s unique make up and goals.
We pride ourselves on facilitating programs that are fun, choice-based, and meaningful. Each team brings with it a diverse range of hopes and strengths with these as the foundation our staff act as observers, question-askers, and idea-propagators, to get your team to reflect and build into one another. We use the expression ‘discovering connections’, connecting to others, connecting to the best version of yourself, and connecting to the world around you.

ONSITE OPTION: The experiential learning process is not location-bound, and neither are we! Our experienced staff can creatively use your office lobby, front lawn, meeting room or school gymnasium for a dynamic learning environment and are willing to meet you where you are at. Recommendations
Ability Expectations: The Team Development program has no physical limitations. Participants will be asked to communicate with peers and use their hands for manipulating objects.
