Registration

Registration for Home Learners opens Monday, January 26, 2026 at 9 a.m.

Once registration opens, please email Liz.Robertson@twu.ca with the following information:

  • Parent name, email, and phone number
  • Student name and birthdate
  • Program you are registering for
  • Date and time of program

Confirmation will be sent to you by email. If the field studies reach capacity, you will be notified if you are placed on the waitlist. After confirmation, please mail a non‑refundable cheque for $15 per student, payable to "Trinity Western University." Please write "Liz Robertson – Sciences" clearly on the outside of the envelope.

Notes:

  • Please be mindful of the waitlist if you need to cancel for any reason.
  • If your student is the minimum age, they may register for more than one field study.
  • Payment is due upon confirmation at a rate of $15 per participant, per field study. Payment may be made by cash or cheque.
