Hometown: Burnaby, BC

Education: BA in English with a Minor in Counselling and Human Development (Simon Fraser University)

Favourite restaurant: Afghan Kitchen

Favourite local activity: Walking the Brae Island loop in Fort Langley, or a sunny picnic at Crescent Beach

Advice for my students: The people you meet and experiences you have at university will impact you for the rest of your life, so invest in your relationships with your peers and professors, and embrace opportunities to be involved on campus. Don’t be afraid to say “yes” to new things!
