Workplace Culture & Adaptation
This workshop is designed to provide students with insights, strategies, and resources to navigate and adapt to Canadian culture, with a focus on effective communication in the workplace environment. It covers key elements of Canadian workplace culture, such as the value of networking, the importance of diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to equity. Our goal is to empower students to feel respected, valued, and supported, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring they are equitably represented in the job market.
