TWU’s BA in Leadership builds on the professional and life experience you already bring to the program. You’ll develop practical skills to motivate others, communicate effectively and lead through change, with learning you can apply in your workplace, organization and community.

For adults who have already developed specialized knowledge through years in the workforce, studying leadership provides an opportunity to complement that experience with a completed degree and a stronger foundation for future leadership opportunities.
