TWU Richmond’s programs are designed to provide international and adult learners with leadership skills and experiential learning that will equip them to make a positive impact in their workplace and communities around the globe.

Bachelor of Arts in Leadership  - Designed to provide specialized educational support for students for whom English is a second language. This degree completion program allows students to build on previous university studies to complete a BA degree in as little as 14 – 16 months of full-time studies.

Master of Arts in Leadership – Designed to develop confident and globally-engaged leaders for the 21st century, Transformational Servant Leadership and Values Based Leadership are the themes of this Master's degree.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) — Grows business leaders who create lasting positive change in business and in the world. Our top-ranked program offers an International Business specialization at the Richmond campus.

Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) — Provides students the tools to increase their business acumen, organizational leadership, management, and problem solving skills without interrupting their career.
