
Dis/Course is an eight-session seminar that applies an inquiry-based learning model to the question of faithful Christian living in a time of political uncertainty, dysfunction, and conflict. Participants will prepare ahead of the seminar meetings to discuss themes and questions arising from N.T. Wright and Michael F. Bird’s Jesus and the Powers (2024) and other readings curated by the seminar facilitator. Further instructions will be provided upon registration. Meals and refreshments are included each day.
The seminar will be held from June 11–13, 2025, at the Laurentian Leadership Centre in Ottawa:
Wednesday, June 11: 5:00–8:30 p.m. (dinner included)
Thursday, June 12: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch included)
Friday, June 13: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (lunch included)

Enrollment requires a completed undergraduate degree. The cost is $175/person, with an early bird rate of $125 for those who register by May 14. Final registration deadline is Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
