Tuition & Fees

MBA Specialization – Non-Profit & Charitable Organizations

The program consists of 45 semester hours. At $819 per semester hour, the total estimated tuition is $36,855.*

MBA Specialization – International Business

The program consists of 45 semester hours. At $866 per semester hour, the total estimated tuition is $38,970.* Please note there is an additional cost for the Travel Study.

Executive MBA (EMBA) Program

The program consists of 45 semester hours. At $1,076 per semester hour, the total estimated tuition is $48,420.*

Payment of Fees

Graduate students may pay in full when registering or adopt one of the following payment schedules:

  1. Pay in two equal instalments with the first payment due the first Friday of May for summer semester, the first Friday of September for fall semester, or the first Friday of January for spring semester. The second payment is due June 15 for the summer semester, October 15 for the fall semester, or February 15 for the spring semester. If registration occurs after the first payment date, then tuition is due in full upon registration.
  2. Pay using the Credit Card Payment Plan option - with 4 equal payments for fall and spring semesters and 3 equal payments for the summer semester.

Scholarship Disbursement Schedule

MBA scholarships are applied directly toward MBA tuition according to the following disbursement schedule

  • Under $1,000: Paid out entirely in one semester
  • $1,001–$3,000: Paid out over two semesters
  • $3,001–$5,000: Paid out over three semesters
  • $5,001 or greater: Paid out over four semesters  

MBA Scholarships & Aid

TWU Alumni MBA Scholarship

Scholarships of up to $5,000 are available to TWU alumni who have been admitted to the MBA or EMBA programs. Recipients of the scholarship will be chosen based on the applicant’s GPA in the previous TWU program(s), and the overall quality of the MBA or EMBA application.

EMBA Entrance Scholarship

Scholarships of up to $10,000 are available to outstanding students who are admitted into the EMBA Program. Recipients of the scholarship will be chosen on the basis of the overall quality of the student's application to the program, with particular emphasis placed on their managerial experience and performance on the admissions test. This scholarship is not compatible with recipients of the TWU Alumni MBA scholarship.

 Chamber of Commerce Members Scholarship

Scholarships are available to employees of businesses that are members of the Richmond, Surrey, Langley, or Abbotsford Chambers of Commerce and who have been admitted to the MBA program. Scholarships of up to $7,500 are available for students in the Executive MBA (EMBA) program. Scholarships of up to $5,000 are available for students in the MBA in International Business or MBA in Non-Profit programs.

Women in Business Scholarship

The Women in Business Scholarship recognizes exceptional female leaders entering Trinity Western University’s MBA (Non-Profit) and EMBA programs. This award is granted based on the overall strength of a candidate’s application, with particular emphasis on professional achievements, career trajectory, and performance during the admissions interview.

Award Amounts

  • MBA (Non-Profit): Up to $5,000
  • EMBA: Up to $10,000

Student Loan Options

Student Lines of Credit

Student Lines of Credit or Private Loans may be a consideration to help fund your MBA program. Contact any financial institution to apply and make sure to compare interest rates and repayment terms.  A co-signer may be required.  See Government of Canada website for general consumer information regarding student lines of credit.

Canada Government Student Loan

Canadian students enrolled in the International Business specialization may be eligible for financial assistance through the Canada Student loan program.  If you are considering apply for a government loan please contact the financial aid office at awards@twu.ca.

The following MBA programs are  ineligible  for Government Student Loan: 

  • Executive MBA
  • Non-Profit and Charitable Organization Management Specialization
  • Great Wall MBA
