The TWU Welcome Sign serves as an excellent opportunity to welcome visitors to campus and communicate relevant messages with campus-wide appeal to the greater TWU community.
The below guidelines have been created to ensure brand and messaging consistency in order to support the corporate brand of Trinity Western University.
All submissions must
- Have campus wide appeal
- Adhere to the content guidelines and specifications (as indicated below)
- Due to the limited size and duration of messages on digital signage, content must be simple and concise in nature.
- Advertising prior to event duration will be at the discretion of Marketing & Communications
- Be submitted at least 2 weeks before the desired Start Date (to account for changes to the asset and to maintain a manageable workflow)
- All content must align with the Mission and Core values of the University
- Please note that we do not display commercial content
- Please include any pre-existing content for reference
