Appointment Booking

Online appointment bookings are currently only for Health Services. To book a Mental Health appointment, please fill out an Intake Form

Clients can now request to book an appointment online; this is the fastest and preferred booking method. If you are having difficulty with the online booking system, you may call 604-513-2024 to make an appointment with the help of our Medical Office Team. On occasion, we may be able to offer same-day walk-in appointments for urgent care needs, and we can also offer waitlist spaces in the event we are full.

When making your appointment, you will be asked to provide the reason for your visit to help with scheduling the appropriate length of appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise a no-show fee of $50 will be applied to a missed appointment.
