Appointment Booking
Closed for the summer as of June 30th.
We will re-open August 18th, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
If you have a health or mental health emergency, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you need to see a doctor, you can visit any walk-in clinic such as WELL Health Medical Centres – Clover Care (604-574-7883).
For immediate help for mental health concerns, please call the crisis line at 988 or visit: crisiscentre.bc.ca
Mental Health Services (Counsellors)
To book a counselling appointment, please fill out an intake form. You will be contacted by our mental health services office team after the intake form is completed. If you are having difficulty with the intake form, please contact 604-513-2100 for help from our office team.
TWU students receive counselling at a reduced rate, as these services are subsidized by the University.
Health Services (Physicians/Nurses)
Clients can now request to book an appointment online; this is the fastest and preferred booking method. If you are having difficulty with the online booking system, you may call 604-513-2024 to make an appointment with the help of our medical office team. On occasion, we may be able to offer same-day walk-in appointments for urgent care needs, and we can also offer waitlist spaces in the event we are full.
When making your appointment, you will be asked to provide the reason for your visit to help with scheduling the appropriate length of appointment.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, a no-show fee of $50 will be applied to a missed appointment.
