In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and with a desire to ensure the health and safety of our staff and students, the Office of the Registrar is working remotely. Because of this, we will be processing transcript orders twice weekly for the next while. All transcript orders must be either mail or courier delivery—pick up orders will not be accepted at the moment due to our temporary working arrangements. Please note: we do offer email delivery of PDF official transcripts upon request- please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. However, WE ARE UNABLE TO EMAIL PDF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS DIRECTLY TO STUDENTS.
We offer official transcripts to current students and alumni, which include their complete academic record at Trinity Western University. Transcripts can be ordered online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order will be ready for shipping or pick up within 2 business days.
Transcripts are mailed by regular Canada Post or US Postal Service ground service at no additional cost. If you need your transcripts to arrive more quickly to their destination, courier service is available for an additional cost. The fee for official transcripts is $13.00 per transcript.
- Online: Please login through the student portal and select “Order Transcript” form the main page. Payment can be made with VISA or Mastercard. If you no longer have access to your student account, please go to www.twu.ca/password-reset.
- Rush Orders: Must be placed in person at Mattson Centre, TWU Langley Campus. Subject to availability and not guaranteed. Total Fee: $20.00
TRANSCRIPT ORDERING: TERMS & CONDITIONS AND RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Confirming the content of the transcripts before ordering is student and alumnus responsibility, as is destination and method of transcript delivery. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is available. All transcript requests must be made online via the Student Portal. Please note that you are able to change your password if necessary. If you can no longer remember your username or password, please go to www.twu.ca/password-reset.
