Through the Office of the Registrar's online transcript ordering service you can order your transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your order will be ready for shipping or pick up in 2 business days. VISA and MasterCard are accepted for online transcript orders. The fee for official transcripts is $13.00 per transcript. Transcripts are mailed by regular Canada Post or US Postal Service ground service at no additional cost. If you need your transcripts to arrive more quickly to their destination, courier service is available for an additional cost. You can specify your mailing preference when ordering your official transcript. All International destinations will automatically be couriered and charged accordingly. Students are responsible to ensure the completeness of their unofficial transcript (see the link below) before ordering their official transcript. If your name has changed since you last attended TWU you may wish to provide a copy of Marriage or Change of Name Certificate in order to have transcripts issued under your new name.

Confirming the content of the transcripts before ordering is student and alumnus responsibility, as is destination and method of transcript delivery. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled and no refund is available. All transcript requests must be made online via the Student Portal. Please note that you are able to change your password if necessary. If you have any difficulties logging in, please send a Help Desk request to www.twu.ca/help.
